The question asked aroused a great deal of interest since more than 70 start-ups applied, all of them offering very relevant answers. The winning start-up was offered a collaboration with Bouygues Immobilier on the SWAYS project, a 40,000 sq. m. fully restructured real estate complex that will include offices and shops, is designed to provide a wide range of innovative services within optimized spaces.

H.ART was invited with the 9 other finalist start-ups to present its solution at the Viva Tech show: a multitude of services related to a cultural and artistic programming that is at once unifying, educational, manual, playful and inspiring would be put in place.

Its service’s offer included the programming of visual or lively animations in order to bring a place to life and make a range of creative, à la carte and modular activities accessible to its residents.
