around the 7th art in the prefiguration phase. The former Louis Lumière School is located 500 m from the RER A station in Noisy-Champs, the future hub of the eastern part of the metropolitan area, where lines 15 and 16 of the Grand Paris Express will intersect, in addition to the extension of metro line 11. Halfway between the Mont d’Est business hub and the Cité Descartes center of excellence dedicated to the sustainable city, the site is located in the heart of a residential district made up of large housing estates and suburban fabrics. Entirely planted with trees, with the exception of the disused school building, this site has strong potential for the renewal of the district, through a predominantly innovative housing project that opens up the site to the surrounding fabric and enhances the architectural and landscape heritage.
