The H art agency has transformed a warehouse destined for demolition into an exhibition and cultural space bringing together more than 50 artists welcoming visitors from all over the world who came to discover an unusual and lively 2000m2 space. The agency was then able to federate, around the project called the Reserve Malakoff, exhibition the Grand 8, its real estate actors, the public authorities, the local residents, the press and the general public by creating an unforgettable experience, both human and artistic.
The H art agency also transformed an office building in the heart of the 14th arrondissement of Paris to create an artist’s residence and exhibition space on 1600m2.
The H art agency participated in the reappropriation of abandoned historical sites with the creation of a Museum of street art and urban arts in historical sites in the Jura at Forges de Baudin in Toulouse-le-Château. The artists have taken over a former workers’ village that has been abandoned for 40 years and covers 22,000m2.
Then it was in Alsace, in the Vauban citadel of Neuf-Brisach (Haut-Rhin), a UNESCO World Heritage site built between 1698 and 1704, that MAUSA decided to expand to create a new place dedicated to street art.
H art has been involved in the creation of the MAUSA project by bringing its expertise in the setting up and conception of the project.
